Yatin Mody
VP of Finance and CFO

Yatin is a seasoned executive with 20 years of financial experience. He was most recently the chief financial officer of Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation, a publicly traded semiconductor device manufacturer, where he served in various positions for more than 14 years.

His background includes significant experience in the financial and operational aspects of managing a technology company through various phases of its business cycle. While at Vitesse, Yatin was responsible for negotiating, executing and integrating 15 acquisitions of public and private technology firms both within the United States and internationally. Yatin also was extensively involved in raising $1 billion in public equity, debt and lease originations.

Yatin began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked for more than five years, most recently as audit manager. Yatin has a masterís degree in business administration from UCLA and a bachelorís degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
