Job Title: Sr. Architecture Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job duties:
Responsible for creating and defining architecture of company's family of image signal processing products and video compression products. Will work with IC designers to assist in implementing the architecture; create test plans; conceive new algorithms in areas of image quality improvement, compression efficiency and improving existing solutions. Create graphical and command line based software in Visual C++ for internal proof of concepts, customer demonstrations and as reference c-models against which hardware design is verified and tested. Also responsible for development of firmware, running on embedded processor in company's IC products. Will interact and meet with customers as part of process in defining products.

Required:

• Master's degree, or equivalent, in Electronics or Computer Engineering (Will accept bachelor's degree + five years of experience as equivalent)
• Coursework in algorithm analysis and digital electronics
• Analyze and develop hw and sw algorithms to design and select architecture/solution; develop video device drivers; develop UHAPI stack, including Analog encoding and Analog encryption components; perform FPGA validation for video modules; Visual C++; develop encoding algorithms and C models for video encoder; RTL design and verification.
